American Heart Association | Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED

AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid with CPR/AED is a comprehensive course designed to teach rescuers the knowledge and skills they need to recognize emergencies involving children and give first aid. Some rescuers are required to take this course to comply with State and Federal regulations. This course provides integrated training in First Aid for Children, CPR and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)

This course is intended for any individual required to obtain certification in Pediatric First Aid and CPR, such as Daycare & Childcare Providers and Teachers. Not intended for emergency medical professionals.

  • American Heart Association; 2 year certification
  • Written (Optional) and Practical Skills Examination
  • Includes Student Textbook & Materials

Prerequisites:

  • 13 Years or Older
