HSI Advanced First Aid is designed for the person who needs or desires more first aid training than Basic First Aid, but not to the level of Emergency Medical Response. Perfect for corporate emergency response teams, this 17-21 hour course presents many of the most common illnesses and injuries responders are likely to encounter.

This course is designed for non-EMS responders including government, corporate, industry, lifeguards, security personnel, law enforcement, corrections personnel, and other individuals who are not EMS or healthcare providers, but desire or require certification in Advanced First Aid.

HSI Bloodborne Pathogens includes information that will help students understand what bloodborne pathogens are and the risks of exposure. This course meets the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Bloodborne Pathogens Standard 29 CFR 1910.1030

Perfect for corporate emergency response teams, this course presents many of the most common pathogens responders are likely to encounter.

This course is designed for any individual or employee who has a reasonable potenial of contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials. International Academies of Emergency Dispatch |  Emergency Telecommunicator Certification (ETC)

The Emergency Telecommunicator Certification Course is a basic training course certified by International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED). The ETC course includes the latest course manual and IAED's Code of Ethics. The course combines the knowledge and skill building information needed for a basic telecommunicator, with the most up-to-date information on the technology and issues surrounding today's public safety communications center.

The ETC course may be used for new-hire training and existing employee in-service training. All students successfully passing the final exam receive the IAED ETC certification demonstrating completion of a training course that meets and exceeds industry accepted national basic training standards. Instructional media and exercises used throughout the course reinforce the knowledge attained in lecture and demonstration.
